Site Section Head - MEP

Job Description

We are looking for an HSE Supervisor to oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental procedures on site, ensuring compliance with company policies, project requirements, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures. • Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.

• Identify hazards and report unsafe conditions and practices.

• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment on site.

• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for workers and staff.

• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare related reports.

• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

• Coordinate with site teams to maintain a safe working environment.

• Ensure all safety documentation, permits, and records are properly maintained.

• Support emergency response planning and implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in HSE/site safety, preferably in construction projects.

• Good knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills.

• Ability to handle site safety issues effectively.

• Good command of English.

• Relevant HSE certifications are a plus.
