Job Title: Site Engineer – Interior Design (Residential & Villas)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee the execution of high-end residential interior fit-out and villa projects across Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, and Dubai Municipality regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all on-site interior fit-out works for villas and residential projects.
- Coordinate daily site activities, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure all works are carried out according to approved shop drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project schedules.
- Monitor quality of finishes, including gypsum works, flooring, marble, tiling, painting, joinery, ceilings, wall finishes, wallpaper, glass, metal works, and MEP coordination.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports, weekly updates, and site documentation.
- Coordinate material deliveries and verify materials meet project specifications.
- Raise RFIs, inspection requests (IRs), and material requests as required.
- Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and project managers.
- Identify technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Carry out snagging and de-snagging inspections prior to project handover.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, health & safety requirements, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in residential interior fit-out and luxury villa projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing works and construction methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings.
- Experience in coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Good understanding of BOQ, material specifications, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
