Site Supervisor (High-Rise Residential Fit-Out Specialist)

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and oversee the successful execution of our high-quality interior design and fit-out projects within high-rise residential towers. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, coupled with advanced technical knowledge, project management skills, and supervisory expertise, capable of maintaining high standards of quality, detail, and precision across multiple simultaneous sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Execution & Management
  • Directly supervise all on-site interior fit-out activities within residential units (apartments, condos, common areas) in high-rise buildings.
  • Ensure a high standard of fit and finish is consistently achieved, meeting required quality expectations for modern residential construction.
  • Manage and coordinate the project schedule, ensuring project timelines and deadlines are met across multiple sites simultaneously.
  • Contractor & Procurement Management (NEW FOCUS):
  • Lead Contractor Management and Supervision, enforcing safety protocols, quality standards, and adherence to contract scopes of work.
  • Possess proven experience in Procurement processes, including supporting material sourcing, verifying supplier specifications, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to minimize site delays.
  • Manage and verify contractor invoicing against completed work and quantity surveying reports.

Technical & Design Oversight:

  • Utilize advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit/BIM to review, cross-reference, and ensure accurate interpretation of all design and construction documents.
  • Thoroughly understand and interpret shop drawings and design specifications, using creative thinking to proactively resolve complex design and construction issues that arise on-site.
  • Lead Quality Control (QC) checks on workmanship and materials, especially regarding material termination points and installation quality.
  • Coordination, Quantity & Documentation:
  • Expertly handle Coordination with all stakeholders, including the main contractor, building management, design teams, and trades (MEP, Architectural), ensuring seamless information flow and clash resolution.
  • Assist in Quantity Surveying (QS), including accurate measurement verification and supporting material take-offs.
  • Maintain detailed daily site logs, progress reports, and quality control documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in site supervision, with a focused track record on high-rise residential interior fit-out projects.
  • Core Expertise: Proven expertise in procurement, contractor management, shop drawings, quantity surveying, and quality control processes.
  • Software Proficiency (Mandatory):
  • Extensive knowledge and high proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
  • Extensive knowledge and high proficiency in Revit/BIM software is mandatory for drawing review, coordination, and clash detection.
  • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
  • Mobility: Must possess a valid Car and Driving License to facilitate efficient travel and management across multiple project sites.
  • Educational Preference: A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is strongly preferred. A relevant degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design will also be considered.
