Site Supervisor - Interior fit-out

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise interior fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, and finishing works.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, labor teams, and material deliveries.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure timely rectification of defects.
• Monitor site safety and enforce HSE requirements.
• Maintain daily site progress reports and communicate project updates to management.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, and other contractors on site.
• Assist with project handover, snagging, and close-out activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Ability to read construction and shop drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of UAE construction and safety standards.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
