Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects, with strong knowledge in both Civil and MEP works. The candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out projects
- Coordinate Civil works (partitions, ceilings, flooring, finishes, etc.)
- Oversee MEP works (electrical, plumbing, HVAC installations)
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Manage subcontractors, labor, and materials on-site
- Monitor project progress and report to project manager
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards
