The Site Supervisor should be able to oversees the installation and finishing of woodwork elements—such as doors, cabinets, paneling, and custom furniture—on construction sites. He should coordinate with carpenters, contractors, and project managers to ensure work is completed according to drawings, quality standards, and timelines. The role also involves managing site teams, inspecting workmanship, ensuring safety compliance, and resolving on-site issues to keep projects running smoothly. Proficiency in MS office is an added advantage
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate to the workers to reach assigned target
- Keeping a track of all related issues and assigning the job accordingly to the workmen.
- Coordinating, organizing and overseeing the work on the project and to ensure the safety and health of workers
- Taking necessary precautions to ensure the safety, health and welfare of workers.
- Providing and maintaining a safe workplace, equipment, tools and systems.
- Ensuring all workers and supervisors are aware of hazards in the workplace as well as the precautions necessary for their protection.
- Providing workers with competent supervision
- Providing the necessary training to protect workers safety and health before they begin a new job.
