Responsible for the establishment and daily operation management of the dedicated oil & gas service team, coordinate team recruitment, skill training, and performance appraisal to ensure the team meets the service needs of oil & gas projects.
Deepen the improvement of AWP and earthmoving equipment service technology, and lead the implementation of end-to-end services including equipment rental, maintenance, and emergency repair.
Undertake on-site service support and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) management for oil & gas projects, collaborate with relevant testing resources, and ensure equipment and services comply with project access and operational standards.
Develop value-added service extension business in the oil & gas sector, undertake equipment maintenance and upkeep services for customers, and support business revenue growth and market share expansion.
Track key service indicators of oil & gas projects, optimize service plans and resource allocation, and collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure the supply of spare parts and supporting resources.
Requirements
Years of experience in equipment service or project management in the UAE oil & gas sector, familiar with HSE norms and access requirements for oil & gas projects.
Proficient in AWP and earthmoving equipment technology as well as the maintenance logic of common equipment used in oil & gas projects, able to independently formulate standardized service processes, and possess strong emergency response capabilities.
Possess team management and business development awareness, excel in customer relationship management and cross-departmental collaboration, and be able to promote service model optimization and value enhancement.
Understanding of the characteristics and customer needs of the Middle East oil & gas market; experience in developing value-added service extension business is preferred.
Fluent in English, capable of conducting business as a working language.
