Site Supervisor (Turnkey Fit-Out Projects)

Location: UAE (Dubai / Sharjah / Abu Dhabi as per project requirements)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Supervisor with strong UAE experience in turnkey interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of UAE experience supervising site execution across civil, joinery, and MEP works, ensuring high-quality delivery of projects within timelines and budget. Experience in retail, commercial, office, hotel, F&B, and luxury residential projects is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for turnkey fit-out projects.
• Coordinate civil, joinery, MEP, and finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure work is executed according to project quality standards, design intent, and authority regulations.
• Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and daily work allocation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure safety compliance at all times.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and client representatives.
• Resolve on-site technical issues and report project progress to management.
• Ensure materials are properly received, checked, and used as per specifications.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years UAE experience in interior fit-out site supervision.
• Strong hands-on experience in turnkey fit-out projects including civil, joinery, and MEP works.
• Proven experience in retail, commercial, office, hotel, F&B, and luxury residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, drawings, BOQ, and construction sequences.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site teams.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Excellent understanding of quality standards and finishing details.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
