The Site Surveyor will be responsible for providing accurate surveying, setting-out, and dimensional control for steel structure installations on site. The role requires strong technical capability in using Total Station and other surveying instruments, preparing coordinate-based drawings, and interpreting detailed structural and architectural drawings. The Surveyor will support the site and engineering teams to ensure precise installation, alignment, and verification of all steel elements

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a site surveyor, with at least 1 year in the UAE (steel structure projects preferred).
- Strong experience in using Total Station and other surveying instruments
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and coordinate-based drawing preparation
- Strong understanding of structural steel installation requirements
- Ability to read and interpret all types of technical drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and support the construction team on fast-track projects
- Experience in surveying for façade steel, canopies, mezzanines, and irregular steel structures
- Familiarity with BIM-based coordinates (IFC extraction, Revit coordination).
- Knowledge of safety practices and site procedures in the UAE
