Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Site Team Leader Engineer located in Cairo, Egypt. The Site Team Leader Engineer will oversee daily construction site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating team activities, supervising construction activities, monitoring progress, ensuring safety compliance, and resolving on-site issues. The role involves effective communication with project managers, subcontractors, and all relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Experience in site engineering, project coordination, and construction management
• Proficiency in technical drawing interpretation, construction methods, and quality control
• Knowledge of safety regulations and risk assessment practices
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience in large-scale construction projects is an advantage
• Familiarity with the local construction regulations and standards
