Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive dental exams and assessments for young patients, from infants to adolescents
- Diagnose and treat a variety of pediatric dental conditions, including cavities, tooth decay, and gum issues
- Perform preventive treatments, such as fluoride applications, dental sealants, and regular cleanings
- Educate children and their families on effective oral hygiene practices and the importance of preventive care
- Create a friendly and supportive atmosphere to ensure a positive dental experience for all young patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and document treatments performed
- Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in pediatric dentistry
Requirements
- Dental degree (DDS or DMD) from an accredited institution with a specialization in Pediatric Dentistry
- Valid dental license to practice in the UAE
- Experience working in pediatric dentistry with a strong focus on child-friendly practices
- Comprehensive knowledge of pediatric dental procedures and child development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in interacting with children and their families
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and deliver quality care
