Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and examinations of pediatric patients
- Diagnose and treat a variety of illnesses and medical conditions affecting infants, children, and adolescents
- Implement preventive healthcare plans, including vaccinations and health education for families
- Provide guidance and support to parents and caregivers regarding child health, nutrition, and development
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care for pediatric patients
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Stay current with advancements in pediatric medicine through continuous professional development
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with a specialization in Pediatrics
- Board certification in Pediatrics preferred
- Valid medical license to practice in the UAE
- Demonstrated experience in a pediatric setting with a focus on evidence-based care
- Strong understanding of childhood diseases and health promotion
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working with children and families
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare environment
