• Analyze customers skin types and concerns to recommend tailored skincare solutions.
• Explain product benefits, hero ingredients, and step-by-step skincare routines.
• Demonstrate product usage, texture, and application techniques with confidence and accuracy.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets through exceptional customer engagement.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to skincare concerns, product usage, and routine building.
• Maintain an organized skincare section, ensure testers are clean and stocked, and support visual merchandising standards.
• Stay updated on Korean skincare trends, product launches, and best-selling routines.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience in skincare retail, beauty advisory, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of Korean skincare brands, routines, and ingredients.
