The Role:
As a Skincare Specialist, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by recommending and demonstrating skincare products tailored to individual customer needs. You'll use your product knowledge and passion for beauty to drive sales, build customer loyalty, and support the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized skincare consultations and product recommendations.
- Demonstrate skincare products and techniques with confidence and professionalism.
- Build strong relationships with customers through outstanding service.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and benefits.
- Support new product launches, promotions, and in-store events.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, fully stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
- Complete required administrative and operational tasks accurately.
- Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in skincare/facials.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Passion for skincare, beauty trends, and helping customers achieve their skincare goals.
- Confident, proactive, and results-driven approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
