Slickline Crew Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Slickline Crew Supervisor to support offshore and onshore well intervention operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise slickline operations, including rig-up, execution, and rig-down activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, PTW, SIMOPS, and well integrity requirements.
• Review well data, prepare toolstrings and PCE configurations, and manage contingency planning.
• Lead fishing operations and troubleshoot operational challenges.
• Oversee equipment readiness, maintenance, certification, and wire management.
• Coach and develop Slickline Operators and Assistant Operators.
• Complete operational reports, job logs, and service documentation accurately.

Requirements:

• Technical Diploma preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of Slickline experience.
• Strong knowledge of slickline operations, well integrity, pressure control equipment, and fishing techniques.
• IWCF Well Intervention Certification (Supervisor Level) or equivalent.
• Valid BOSIET/HUET and H2S certifications.
• ADNOC PTW Permit Receiver authorization is an advantage.
