We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer to provide after-sales technical support, project solutions, installation guidance, and troubleshooting for Uniview surveillance products and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to partners and customers (remote & on-site)
Configure NVR, IP Cameras, VMS software, and networking devices
Troubleshoot CCTV system issues (recording, network, remote viewing, etc.)
Conduct product demonstrations and technical training
Assist the sales team with pre-sales technical discussions
Test returned products and identify technical faults
Coordinate with HQ technical team for escalations
Prepare basic technical reports and documentation
Requirements / Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Electronics, Networking, or similar
13 years engineer experience in CCTV / ELV / Networking / IT support
Knowledge of IP cameras, NVRs, PoE switches, routers, and basic networking
Understanding of IP address, port forwarding, and remote access
Project site support experience
UAE driving license is an advantage
