Role: Commercial Credit Card Portfolio Manager

Purpose of the Project: Support the launch and growth of clients new SME commercial
credit card portfolio in the UAE. Drive customer acquisition, activation, and spend through
targeted campaigns and operational excellence.
Mandatory Requirements:
UAE market experience in Small-to-Medium Enterprise/Commercial cards.
Professional proficiency in English.
Experience in card operations, onboarding, and activation campaigns.
Experience in stakeholder management across products, credit, risk, and operations.
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Lead SME customer acquisition campaigns across digital, direct, and partner channels to onboard new clients.
- Design and implement onboarding journeys to maximize activation and early spend.
- Optimize pricing, rewards, and product features to drive portfolio profitability.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify underutilized segments for targeted spend stimulation.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and technology teams to ensure seamless card issuance and servicing.
- Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and partners to support SME engagement.
- Prepare monthly performance dashboards and insights for senior stakeholders.
- Support expansion into new SME verticals through tailored propositions.
- Leverage company's assets and tools to enhance product delivery and campaign execution.

- SME card acquisition volume (monthly target)
- Activation rate within first 30 days
- Monthly spend per active SME card
- Portfolio revenue growth (%)
- Campaign ROI and conversion rate
- SLA adherence for onboarding and servicing
- Training effectiveness (feedback score)

Knowledge and Experience Must-have:
- Full lifecycle of SME/commercial card product management
- Experience in onboarding, activation, and spend stimulation strategies
- Familiarity with GCC SME market dynamics and regulatory environment
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
