SME Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients by providing tailored financial solutions, ensuring high-quality service, and driving business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, understanding their financial needs and providing customized banking solutions.
- Business Development: Identify and acquire new SME clients, leveraging market insights, referrals, and networking opportunities.
- Financial Solutions: Offer appropriate banking products and services, including financing solutions, cash management, trade finance, and digital banking.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage the performance of assigned SME accounts, ensuring profitability, risk management, and compliance with bank policies.
- Credit Analysis: Assess clients financial statements, evaluate creditworthiness, and collaborate with the credit team to structure suitable financing options.
- Cross-Selling: Promote and cross-sell various banking products, including deposits, loans, and treasury solutions, to maximize revenue.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to enhance client engagement and business growth.

Job Requirements:
