Job Description

  • Promote and market the Bank's products and services to prospective and existing clients, identifying business opportunities and contributing to portfolio growth and customer acquisition objectives.
  • Conduct client visits and business assessments in accordance with the Bank's credit policies and underwriting standards to evaluate financing needs and business viability.
  • Prepare comprehensive credit proposals and memoranda, including credit rating assessment, customer due diligence, financial statement analysis, and risk evaluation, for submission to the appropriate approval authorities.
  • Coordinate the collection, verification, and completion of all required client documentation, while liaising with relevant branches and stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of credit approval conditions and timely facility disbursement.
  • Monitor and manage the credit portfolio by conducting periodic reviews of existing facilities, assessing customer performance, and ensuring adherence to approved terms and conditions.
  • Follow up on delinquent and non-performing accounts in accordance with the Bank's recovery policies and procedures, escalating issues when necessary and supporting risk mitigation efforts.
  • Prepare and submit periodic management reports on credit applications, portfolio performance, customer follow-ups, and account status to support informed decision-making.
  • Analyze declined credit applications, identify key reasons for rejection, discuss findings with management, and communicate feedback to clients professionally while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, credit risk guidelines, regulatory requirements, and directives issued by the Central Bank of Egypt throughout all stages of the credit process.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism while building sustainable client relationships and supporting the achievement of the Bank's strategic business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Holder of a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics or any other relevant specialization from a reputable university.
  • From 0 – 3 Years of experience
  • Fresh Graduates (2023, 2024, 2025) with minimum grade Good.
  • Credit Course is preferred.
  • Excellent command of English Language.
  • Cairo Resident.
  • No relatives currently working at Banque Misr.
  • Have never been tested/interviewed at Banque Misr.
