Job Purpose:
Responsible for Designing, preparing, and continuously developing innovative credit solutions that are characterized by standardizing grant procedures within their framework, targeting specific sectors/markets, and within the framework of grant controls set by the Central Bank of Egypt.
Responsibilities:
- Product development: Develop and execute a comprehensive product development strategy for SMEs, Aligned with overall business goals and market trends.
- Market research and Analysis: conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and industry dynamics within SME Segment.
- Product Portfolio Management: Manage the SME product portfolio, including existing products and new product launches.
- Competitive Analysis: conduct competitive analysis to benchmark SME products against industry peers.
- Stakeholders collaboration: work closely with relevant strategic stakeholders such as risk management, compliance, marketing & sales.
Qualifications & Skills:
- bachelor's degree (BA/Finance/Marketing/Accounting/Economics).
- Experience: 7 to 10 years, out of which 4 years in enterprise lending.
- Credit certificate is must.
- Excellent Presentation Skill.
- Social intelligence skills to build & maintain relationships.
- Professional English & computer skills.
- Microsoft office.
- Data analysis skills
