Role Purpose
Responsible for ensuring optimal SMS routing performance, delivery quality, regulatory
compliance, and cost efficiency across Bevatel messaging platform. The role supports
Enterprise and Wholesale operations by proactively monitoring live traffic, managing
routing decisions, mitigating quality issues, and ensuring SLA adherence.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage SMS route selection, optimization, and failover strategies
- Monitor delivery rates, latency, and routing quality across all destinations.
- Conduct route testing, bench marking, and validation activities
- Prevent spam, fraud, and traffic abuse through proactive and reactive controls
- Enforce Sender ID governance and operator compliance requirements
- Analyst blocking issues, identify root causes, and implement mitigation actions
- Optimize routing costs while protecting service margins
- Coordinate with providers and carriers to resolve quality and routing issues
- Prepare routing performance reports and recommendations for management
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SMS routing, quality, or messaging operations
- Proven experience working with messaging platforms, carriers, and service providers
- Previous experience operating within the KSA market is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Proficiency in Excel and operational reporting tools
- Solid understanding of SMS routing models and delivery flows
- Knowledge of spam control, Sender ID governance, and operator compliance
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet SLAs
- Team-oriented with a proactive and accountable mindset
