Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor junior developers; review code and ensure timely sprint delivery.
- Act as the technical bridge between the India team and US stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Drupal 10/11 websites, custom modules, themes, and Webforms.
- Handle deployments, QA, regression testing, and release management.
- Ensure code quality, security, performance, and WCAG 2.1 AA / Section 508 accessibility compliance.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across Drupal, Acquia, Akamai, Salesforce, GA/GTM, and caching layers.
- Manage Git workflows, pull requests, database syncs, and cloning.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Drupal development experience.
- Strong expertise in Drupal 10/11, PHP, Twig, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with custom module development, Views, Webforms, and Drupal configurations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Git/PR workflows.
- Familiarity with Acquia, Akamai, caching, and deployment processes.
