Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Social & Community Growth Manager who will fully own our social presence and trader community.
This is not a posting role.
This is a growth + engagement + community role.
You will be responsible for turning Tradeiators into an active, loud, competitive brand across all major platforms.
What You Will Own (Full Responsibility)
Social Media Platforms
You will manage and grow:
- X (Twitter)
- Instagram/facebook
- TikTok
- YouTube (shorts + long-form)
- Discord (core community hub)
- Telegram
- Blog.tradeiators.com
Content & Growth
- Plan and execute daily content
- Create ideas for reels, shorts, memes, and viral hooks
- Publish:
- Battle highlights
- Winners & rankings
- Trader stories
- Educational micro-content
- Announcements & hype posts
- Drive users to:
- Register
- Join battles
- Share results
- Work with designers/video editors when needed (you own the ideas)
What We Expect From You
- You think in growth loops, not just posts
- You understand traders, gamers, and competitive mindset
- You are proactive you don't wait for instructions
- You are comfortable experimenting, failing fast, and iterating
- You care about metrics, not vanity likes
Required Experience
- Proven experience managing social + community for:
- Trading / crypto / Web3 / gaming / betting platforms
- Strong understanding of:
- Short-form video virality
- Community dynamics (especially Discord)
- Ability to create content ideas independently
- Strong written English . other languages is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
Nice to Have (Big Plus)
- Discord community building experience
- Meme culture knowledge
- YouTube Shorts / TikTok growth experience
- Experience with early-stage or fast-scaling products
- Basic analytics & performance tracking

- Community growth (Discord / Telegram)
- Traffic & registrations from social
- Battle participation driven by social
- User-generated content volume
