Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Account Manager to manage and grow our clients presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, creating engaging posts, monitoring performance, and interacting with audiences to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with each brand's voice and goals
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visuals and copy
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Suggest and implement new features or campaigns to improve engagement and ROI
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts
- Strong understanding of different social platforms and their algorithms
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Arabic (if required)
