We are seeking an energetic and skilled Bilingual- (English and Arabic), Social Media Account Manager to play a pivotal role in our social media initiatives . The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns, and maintaining strong client relationships. As the Account Manager, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and the client to execute creative strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
o Establish and maintain strong client relationships, and responsible for executing day-to-day tasks and communications.
o Understand the client's business objectives, challenges, and goals, translating them into actionable social media strategies and plans.
Social Media Coordination:
o Responsible for the development and execution of social media content plans, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines.
o Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and respond to inquiries and comments in a professional manner.
o Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling visual and written content for social media platforms.
Content Creation and Coordination:
o Work closely with the content and creative teams to curate, create, and schedule engaging social media content that resonates with the target audience.
o Ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity across all social media platforms.
Analytics and Reporting:
o Monitor and analyse social media metrics, providing regular performance reports and insights to track campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration and Support:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and content, to ensure seamless integration of campaigns and initiatives.
o Coordinate with external partners, brands, and stakeholders to support the execution of social media activities.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Advanced degrees or certifications in marketing strategy or management are
advantageous.
Experience:
Proven track record of at least 4-5 years in social media, digital marketing or related roles, with a focus on retail or consumer-oriented industries.
Experience in managing key accounts and stakeholder relationships is essential.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Strong presentation skills are essential for engaging and influencing stakeholders.
Should be bilingual- English and Arabic
Analytical Acumen:
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with social media tools is essential.
