Role Overview

As Social Media & Community Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day execution, planning and coordination of Bodytree's social media presence and community communication.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with ownership over operational communication strategy, content rollout, community engagement and cross-channel coordination. You act as the central coordination point between internal teams and ongoing initiatives, ensuring all messaging is aligned, on-brand and delivered with consistency and care.

This role focuses on communication strategy, planning and execution, not hands-on content production.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate content calendars, approvals and publishing
  • Review monthly moodboards and creative directions to ensure brand consistency and alignment with current priorities
  • Review content for tone, visual consistency and messaging alignment
  • Coordinate and organise monthly content shoots and asset planning in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Campaign & Communication Strategy & Execution

  • Own the operational communications calendar
  • Translate promotions, workshops and initiatives into clear communication strategy, messaging and channel execution
  • Execute campaigns across social media, WhatsApp and app-based communication in coordination with the team
  • Coordinate paid social campaigns, including briefings, asset alignment and performance feedback

Brand & Asset Management

  • Create and adapt branded assets using Canva for digital and in-studio touchpoints
  • Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all channels

Monitoring & Optimisation

  • Monitor community sentiment, engagement and feedback
  • Share insights internally to continuously improve communication, messaging and experience
  • Support reporting and ongoing optimisation of content and communication performance

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years experience in social media, community or brand management
  • Comfortable working in a high paced environment A hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Confidence working with external and internal stakeholders
  • Strong visual sense and understanding of brand consistency
  • Comfortable using social media planning and design tools (e.g. Canva, Buffer or similar)
  • Clear communication skills and sound judgment in community interaction
