We are looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist who can create, post, and manage Arabic + English content consistently across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This is a creative, fast-moving, execution-heavy role.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management- Plan and manage monthly content calendars
- Post consistently across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Create reels, stories, carousel posts
- Write EN + AR captions aligned with Sakina's tone
- Maintain brand aesthetic across all posts
- Respond to audience comments and DMs
Content Production- Edit reels using CapCut, InShot, or similar tools
- Adapt content from Sakina's library and stock footage
- Source and optimize visuals for social
Performance & Reporting- Track weekly and monthly social performance
- Optimize content based on insights
- Monitor competitors and trends
- Prepare performance dashboards
Required Skills- Arabic + English fluency
- 14 years experience in social media or digital content
- Ability to create and edit reels
- Strong experience with Instagram + Facebook
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
- Excellent communication and coordination
- Strong aesthetic sense
Bonus Skills- Knowledge of travel, culture, or lifestyle content
- Experience creating bilingual (EN+AR) content
- Understanding of GCC audience behavior
- Design skills using Ai tools
