About the job:

We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Social Media and Content Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing dynamic social media strategies that boost brand awareness, engage with our audience, and support marketing and sales goals. You will play a key role in developing content, managing campaigns, and growing our online community across various platforms.

Social Media, Content Creation & Community (Core Responsibilities)

Content Creation & Publishing (Primary Focus)

  • Own end-to-end content creation for FIX social channels: ideation, scripting/captioning, shooting direction, editing, and publishing.
  • Produce high-performing, on-brand content across formats (Reels/TikTok-style video, Stories, carousels, static, creator-style UGC).
  • Build and manage a content calendar aligned to launches, brand moments, and always-on storytelling.
  • Write strong, on-brand captions and short-form scripts that reflect FIX's playful premium tone and drive engagement.
  • Coordinate asset gathering (photos/video/B-roll), maintain content libraries, and ensure content is archived and accessible.

Launches, Pop-Ups & Activations (Social-Led Storytelling)

  • Support product launches, pop-ups, and brand activations through social-first content and real-time coverage.
  • Create hype plans including teasers, countdowns, behind-the-scenes, launch-day coverage, and post-launch storytelling.
  • Capture and deliver in-the-moment content at activations (live Stories, short edits, quick turnarounds).
  • Work closely with PR and marketing teams to amplify campaigns through social content and creator-led moments.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, saves, shares, watch time).
  • Prepare monthly/launch reports with insights, learnings, and clear recommendations.
  • Use performance data to iterate refine hooks, formats, posting times, and content themes to improve results.

Trends & Innovation

  • Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, tools, and best practices across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Test new formats (templates, trending edits, interactive Stories, new features) and apply what works to FIX.
  • Bring fresh, culturally relevant ideas that keep FIX visible, talked about, and ahead of the curve.

Collaboration & Quality Control

  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, design, and wider teams to plan and deliver content efficiently.
  • Review and quality-check all content before posting to ensure it meets FIX brand standards (visuals, tone, accuracy).
  • Maintain consistency across all touchpoints while adapting content to each platform's strengths.

  • A creative thinker with the ability to come up with fresh ideas for content that will resonate with different target audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a proven ability to resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing, executing, and optimizing social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of the features and content requirements of different social media platforms, and how to leverage them for maximum impact.
  • Skilled in using creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
  • Experience in the hospitality or FMCG sectors is a plus.
