Job Summary
We are seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in digital marketing, content strategy, and performance-driven campaigns.
This role is responsible for managing and growing our digital presence across platforms, creating impactful content, and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Plan, create, and schedule content (posts, reels, stories) aligned with brand identity
- Maintain a consistent content calendar across all brands
- Monitor trends and implement relevant, timely content
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop creative concepts, campaigns, and storytelling ideas
- Write captions in both Arabic & English
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and influencers
- Ensure all content reflects brand positioning and quality standards
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok ads)
- Monitor campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Optimize campaigns based on data and insights
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
Community Management
- Engage with audience across all platforms (comments, DMs)
- Build strong relationships with the community
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly
Market Research & Insights
- Analyze competitors, trends, and audience behavior
- Use insights to improve content and campaign performance
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with internal teams (design, events, operations)
- Support launches, campaigns, and brand activations
- Assist in influencer collaborations and partnerships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in social media & digital marketing
- Strong understanding of paid media and performance marketing
- Excellent writing skills in Arabic & English
- Experience with content creation, reels, and trend-based content
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands
