We are looking for a Social Media & Business Development Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at SkyStack. This role combines creative marketing, lead generation, and business growth strategy to expand our brand presence and drive new client acquisition across local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
- Create engaging content (posts, campaigns, and visuals ideas) aligned with brand voice
- Generate and manage B2B leads through outreach, networking, and inbound strategies
- Identify new business opportunities in offshore staffing, IT services, and digital solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
- Collaborate with design and development teams for marketing campaigns
- Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns for better engagement and conversions
- Support proposal creation, pitch decks, and client presentations
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing and/or business development
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn B2B lead generation
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to work independently and meet growth targets
- Familiarity with IT services, outsourcing, or SaaS industry is a plus
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics tools
