Job Description

A Social Media Coordinator with Influencer Marketing focus manages a company's social media presence while leveraging influencers to expand reach, increase engagement, and drive brand awareness or conversions. The selected candidate will work closely under the guidance of the Head of Social Media to strengthen the brand's presence across global social media platforms, with a special focus on the Latin American markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Schedule, post, and monitor content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X).
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
  • Track KPIs like impressions, engagement rate, reach, and follower growth.

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce graphics, videos, and copy.
  • Ensure brand voice consistency across social media channels.
  • Adapt content for each platform's best practices.

Influencer Marketing

  • Identify, research, and vet influencers relevant to the brand's target audience.
  • Negotiate collaborations, contracts, and deliverables with influencers.
  • Track influencer campaigns, performance metrics, and ROI.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with influencers for future campaigns.

Campaign Analysis

  • Report on social media metrics and influencer campaign performance.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Optimize campaigns based on audience behavior and analytics.

Trend Monitoring

  • Keep up with social media trends, platform updates, and influencer marketing developments.
  • Suggest innovative strategies to improve visibility and engagement.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 13 years in social media, digital marketing, or influencer campaigns.

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Communication & Skills: Fluency in English (fluency in Spanish is highly desirable), excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Cultural Knowledge: Strong understanding of Latin American digital and cultural landscape.
  • Digital Tools: Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite etc). Knowledge of paid social media advertising.
  • Diligence: Highly organised, detail oriented and able to multitask in and fast paced environment.
