Social Media & Community ManagerRemote | Full-time

We're Founders Arm, a recruitment partner connecting top MENA talent with leading US startups.

We are seeking a Social Media & Community Manager to own a fast-growing US tech brand's presence across LinkedIn and Twitter/X — building audience, driving engagement, and establishing the brand as a go-to voice in the robotics and AI space. This role is ideal for scrappy, growth-minded social media operators who want remote international experience with a US-based team.

Location: Remote Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and publish 2–3 posts per day across LinkedIn and Twitter/X
  • Actively engage with the robotics, AI, and deep tech community — commenting, replying, and building relationships with founders, researchers, and investors
  • Develop and execute creative growth strategies to rapidly build followers and engagement
  • Identify trends, news, and conversations in the space and jump on them quickly
  • Respond to comments and DMs as the brand voice
  • Track follower growth, engagement rates, and content performance, iterating on what works
  • Create simple visual assets using Canva or similar tools
  • Coordinate with leadership on announcements, content pieces, and event marketing

Candidate Profile

  • 2+ years managing social media for a B2B tech brand, event, or media company
  • Growth-minded and scrappy — you don't just post content, you find creative ways to get it seen
  • Strong written English with the ability to write sharp, informed takes on technical topics
  • Familiarity with the robotics, AI, or deep tech landscape — you don't need to be an engineer but you should be able to follow the conversation
  • Proven track record of growing social accounts from early stage
  • Experience with LinkedIn and Twitter/X growth strategies
  • Self-starter who can work independently across time zones
  • Bonus: experience with HubSpot, Canva, or community-building tools
