Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Content & Account Manager based in Qesm 1st 6 October. The role involves developing and executing social media content strategies across multiple platforms, including planning, writing, scheduling, and publishing engaging posts aligned with client objectives and brand voice. The Social Media Content & Account Manager will manage client accounts, handle day-to-day communication, gather requirements, present plans and reports, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal creative and media teams, monitoring social media performance, optimizing content and campaigns based on analytics, and preparing regular performance reports. The role also includes managing social media calendars, supporting paid media initiatives, staying current with social media trends and best practices, and contributing ideas to improve client results and overall digital presence.
Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management skills, including relationship building, understanding client needs, and maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Experience with Media Planning, including selecting appropriate channels, scheduling content, and collaborating on paid social campaigns.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Sales-related activities such as identifying upsell opportunities, supporting proposal development, and contributing to pitches.
  • Solid Project Management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X) and using social media management and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including content strategy, audience targeting, and performance measurement.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail, brand consistency, and visual storytelling; ability to brief and collaborate with designers and copywriters.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
