Social Media & Content Associate

We're looking for a Social Media & Content Associate who is organised, proactive, creative, and detail-oriented. Main role is to manage the client's social media presence from planning and community management to content shoots and final publishing.

What You'll Do

1. Social Media & Community Management

• Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Respond to comments, inquiries and messages, and engage with the community.
• Repost relevant Stories and content.

2. Content Planning

• Create and manage monthly content calendars.
• Write or refine captions and social media copy, keep content fresh and engaging.
• Prepare moodboards and references for upcoming content.

3. Shoot & Content Coordination

• Coordinate content shoots with doctors, trainers and other client representatives.
• Prepare shoot schedules, shot lists and content requirements.
• Be physically present at shoots to coordinate and make sure the right content is captured.

4. Quality Control

• Review all content before it goes to the client or is published.
• Check copy, visuals, branding, formatting and overall quality.
• Maintain a polished and consistent look across the account.

5. PR & Account Support

• Support the PR/account team with content, research, reports and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and follow projects through from briefing to execution.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years experience in social media, PR, communications, content or a related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Good visual sense and understanding of social media.
• Highly organised and comfortable managing deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality-control skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a must.
