Job Summary:
The Content Creator is responsible for developing engaging, high-quality content that supports the company's brand voice, marketing campaigns, and communication strategies across digital platforms. This role focuses on creating compelling written and visual content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and supports business objectives across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create original, engaging content for digital platforms including social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
- Develop short-form and long-form content such as captions, articles, scripts, landing page copy, and promotional content.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and business development teams to align content with campaign goals and brand messaging.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and messaging across all content and communication channels.
- Adapt and localize content for different international markets when required.
- Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars across multiple platforms.
- Edit, proofread, and optimize content for clarity, accuracy, SEO, and performance.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and refine content accordingly.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics and engagement metrics.
- Stay up to date with content trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms within the travel and hospitality industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related field.
- 35 years of professional experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital content, social media work, and written samples.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience creating content for social media platforms, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Basic understanding of SEO, content optimization, and social media analytics.
- Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in marketing, travel, or hospitality industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Heliopolis, Cairo.
