Job Description:
Manage day-to-day social media accounts (posting, scheduling, monitoring)
Content creation (Videography and photography) for all corporate events.
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives
Write engaging captions and adapt tone of voice per platform
Monitor engagement, comments, and messages and coordinate responses
Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Stories)
Create behind-the-scenes, event, interview, and campaign videos
Capture photos and videos during events and activations
Edit videos using professional tools for social media optimization
Report social media performance for all metrics (engagement rate, reach, followers)
Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and best practices
Analyze performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations
Support paid and organic campaign content (For branding, Marketing and TA purposes).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
2+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Proven experience in videography and video editing for social media
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)
Hands-on experience with video shooting (mobile & camera)
Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva)
Photography and lighting knowledge
