Who We Are:
We're looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist / Content Creator to support the growth of Metropolitan's online presence, with a focus on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
You'll play a hands-on role in bringing our brand to life, capturing and editing videos, creating standout visuals, and producing engaging, on-trend content that connects with our audience.
You'll work across multiple entities to plan, produce, and publish content while managing communities and supporting campaign rollouts. You'll be part of a collaborative Social Media Team, with hands-on support from our Production Team and close alignment with the wider Marketing department to drive engagement, build brand awareness, and support lead generation.
What You Will Do:
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts that reflects the business and marketing objectives
- Independently film and edit short-form video content, creating day-to-day clips, stories, and reels that capture authentic moments and support business and campaign goals.
- Plan and help direct larger-scale shoots in collaboration with the Production team, ensuring alignment on creative direction, brand tone, and campaign objectives
- Design simple graphics and visuals for social media posts, thumbnails, stories,, with support from the Graphic Design Team for more complex creative work
- Stay on top of platform updates, trends, and content formats to keep our approach fresh and relevant
- Assist managing day-to-day activity across multiple social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok)
- Monitor comments, direct messages, and audience interactions to support community engagement
Who We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing brand social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube essential; TikTok and Facebook a plus)
- Proven ability to create engaging, platform-specific content that performs organically, from conception to final result
- Confident in filming and editing short-form video content independently, using mobile devices and tools like CapCut or similar
- Skilled in creating branded visuals and graphics using Canva or Figma
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills (C1 level and above), with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and content formats
- Comfortable analysing content performance and using insights to guide future content
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- A collaborative team player, working closely with the Social Media, Production, and Marketing teams
- Bonus: experience in real estate, lifestyle, or premium/luxury brands
