Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, audios, and viral challenges.

• Showcase our recruitment services, company culture, and job opportunities in a fun, creative way.

• Manage content calendars and consistently upload high-quality videos.

• Write catchy captions and use appropriate hashtags to maximize reach and engagement.

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in creating viral or high-quality content for TikTok/Instagram (Portfolio/Social Media handles required).

• Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or directly in-app.

• Good understanding of social media algorithms.

• Confident, expressive, and comfortable on camera.
