Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for developing, producing, and executing engaging content that reflects our brand values and resonates with our brand values and positioning.
We are seeking who understands that premium aesthetics require a blend of medical authority and high-end storytelling. You will be responsible for the end-to-end social lifecyclefrom strategic planning to high-fidelity video production.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Strategy & Calendar: Develop and execute a 360-degree monthly social media calendar aligned with campaigns, promos, and cultural seasons calendar that aligns with surgical launches, seasonal trends, and hospital KPIs.
- Premium Content Production: Film and edit high-quality Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts. Ensure content adheres to brand voice and healthcare ethics
- The Story Expert: Take full ownership of Daily Stories (Instagram & Snapchat), creating an inner-circle feel that documents the patient journey, medical expertise, and the hospital's amenities.
- Community Management & Growth: Respond to comments and DMs with professionalism. Collaborate with influencers, partners, and internal teams for campaigns.
- Targeted Storytelling: Craft content specifically designed to resonate with the premium brand positioning
- Trend Harvesting: Stay ahead of UAE-specific trends, utilizing the latest AR filters, AI-enhanced editing, and platform features to maintain a competitive edge.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize content based on insights
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven Track Record: At least 35 years of experience creating content for Premium Aesthetic Clinics, Luxury Fashion Houses, or High-End Lifestyle brands.
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level skills in mobile videography and editing. Proficiency in high-end photography is a plus.
- Visual Aesthetic: A sophisticated eye for Quiet Luxury. Your portfolio should demonstrate an ability to create clean, elegant, and high-impact visuals.
- Cultural Intelligence: Deep understanding of the UAE market. Native or professional-level Arabic is highly preferred but not mandatory if your visual storytelling is exceptional.
- Professionalism: Ability to work comfortably within a medical/surgical environment, maintaining strict patient confidentiality
