Social Media Content Creator- Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

• Concept, shoot, and edit high-quality visual content (Reels, TikToks, Carousels) and write premium bilingual copy (English/Arabic) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Coordinate and execute on-site media capture at various TMG residential, commercial, and hospitality locations.
• Develop and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and seasonal business goals.
• Track content performance using Meta and LinkedIn Insights and optimize strategies based on digital and real estate trends.
• Partner with design and strategy teams to maintain strict brand guidelines and visual consistency.

Job Requirements

• 2–4 years in social media content creation or multimedia production, preferably within premium real estate, luxury brands, or top agencies.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating video production (Reels/Shorts) and bilingual copywriting is mandatory.
• Proficient in mobile/camera shooting, video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or Lightroom), and platform analytics tools.
• Exceptionally fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
