SEVA is growing, and we are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Content Creator with strong skills in content creation, social media management, and visual
communication.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, someone who enjoys designing, editing,
writing, and bringing ideas to life with precision and consistency. This role suits a detail-
driven doer who can take an idea and turn it into a finished post, artwork, or newsletter.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content across all platforms
- Write captions, craft engaging posts, and follow brand tone
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow community

- Track performance and optimise content based on analytics
Content Creation & Editing
- Capture and edit photos & short-form videos for daily content
- Light/basic graphic design: posters, flyers, announcements
- Edit existing visual materials to align with branding
- Repurpose content (reels from events, quotes from classes, etc.)
Email & Newsletter Marketing
- Create monthly newsletters and email campaigns
- Design templates, write copy, and maintain mailing lists
Brand Consistency
- Ensure all content (online and printed) follows brand guidelines
- Keep materials updated: class posters, workshop flyers, website images
- Support the team with quick print-ready jobs when needed
Coordination & Support
- Work with facilitators/instructors to gather content
- Keep marketing calendar updated
- Coordinate with external printers if required
Preferred Skills
- Proficient in Canva / Adobe Express (or similar tools)
- Basic photo & video editing (Lightroom, CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
- Experience using social media schedulers (Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer)
- Strong written English
- Eye for composition, layout, and storytelling
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage deadlines
