Job Description

Job Title:

Own the social media strategy across all brands. Plan content, manage calendars, script videos, direct visuals, and drive engagement. This role leads the full social media function and must build both strategy and execution frameworks from scratch.

Responsibilities:

* Build a complete social media strategy for nine companies

* Create monthly content calendars, posting schedules, and tracking systems

* Identify content opportunities across projects, events, site progress, talent deployment, and brand campaigns

* Write copy, captions, scripts, and storyboards

* Capture basic video snippets for quick turnaround when needed

* Direct the photographer and designer to ensure alignment with strategy

* Lead content for construction updates milestones, timelapse storytelling, project transformations

* Lead content for event builds timelapse, highlights, success stories

* Drive TBP content to attract new clients and freelancers

* Maintain a consistent tone and identity for each brand

* Analyze performance and provide monthly improvement plans

* Stay updated on trends and ensure best in class execution

* Work independently and proactively guide the full content cycle

Requirements:

* Proven experience handling multiple brands at once

* Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube

* Video editing proficiency CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar

* Strong writing and storytelling ability across corporate and creative content

* Highly organized with strong multitasking ability

* Strategic mindset with understanding of performance, engagement, and ROI

* Experience in event or construction content is an advantage
