Social Media & Content Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media & Content Marketing Executive to support our digital marketing initiatives for our AI-powered platform, Zairoo.ai.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating engaging visual content, producing short-form videos, and managing social media platforms to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, create and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Xiaohongshu (XHS).
2. Design social media graphics, carousel posts, promotional materials and simple animations.
3. Produce and edit short-form videos, Reels and AI-assisted marketing content.
4. Develop content calendars, coordinate publishing schedules and support marketing campaigns.
5. Manage social media engagement, monitor performance and prepare regular reports.
6. Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative ideas and improve content effectiveness.
7. Explore AI tools to enhance content creation and marketing productivity.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, Graphic Design or a related discipline.
2. Experience in social media content creation, graphic design or digital marketing.
3. Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Illustrator or similar creative tools.
4. Ability to create and edit short-form videos independently.
5. Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools.
6. Creative, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple assignments independently.
7. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience in AI-assisted content creation and digital marketing analytics will be an advantage.
