Job Description

We are looking for a creative and highly organised Social Media Coordinator to support the management of a high-profile, internationally recognised cultural account, alongside other agency clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and has a strong interest in storytelling, cultural content, and audience engagement at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day social media activity for a flagship cultural and destination-led account, with additional support across other agency clients as required
  • Develop and publish engaging content across platforms including Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok
  • Maintain content calendars, ensuring timely delivery aligned with campaigns, events, and milestones
  • Draft compelling copy that reflects brand tone, cultural sensitivity, and audience insight
  • Coordinate closely with graphic designers, videographers, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with audiences, and manage community interactions professionally
  • Track performance metrics and contribute to reporting, insights, and optimisation recommendations
  • Stay across social media trends, formats, and platform updates to keep content relevant and innovative

Requirements:

  • 23 years of experience in social media, ideally within an agency environment
  • Experience working on cultural, tourism, government, or international accounts
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills in English, Arabic proficiency preferred
  • Experience managing social media accounts with large or diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with analytics and publishing tools
  • Basic content creation skills (Canva, short-form video editing, reels/TikTok formats) preferred
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
