Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary

Support the Marketing team in planning, creating, scheduling, and analyzing content across key social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Assist in video creation and editing, monitor platform trends, and help manage community engagement. Collaborate with regional social media champions to gather creative assets and ensure consistent online brand presence. Maintain high standards of professionalism, communication, and confidentiality while supporting daily digital operations and contributing creative ideas to enhance audience engagement.

CRITICAL TASKS

Social Media Content & Scheduling

  • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Support video creation and editing for Reels, TikTok videos, and short-form content.
  • Collate creative assets and content submissions from regional social media champions in various countries.

Digital Content Creation

  • Edit videos using basic editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or similar applications.
  • Support development of creative concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ideas to increase reach and engagement.

Community Engagement

  • Help manage interactions across social platforms including comments, messages, and general community engagement.
  • Escalate key customer messages or sensitive inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track performance metrics using platform analytics.
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Help identify high-performing content and opportunities for optimization.

General Administrative & Marketing Support

  • Maintain organized digital folders for creative assets.
  • Support the Marketing team in campaign coordination as required.
  • Follow all company and marketing policies, maintain confidentiality of information, and ensure professional communication.

CRITICAL COMPETENCIES

Analytical & Technical Skills

  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar).
  • Ability to understand and track social media analytics.
  • Learning agility and willingness to adopt new tools and trends quickly.

  • Strong communication abilitieswritten, verbal, and online etiquette.
  • Teamwork and collaboration with marketing teams across multiple regions.
