We are looking for a high-performance Video Editor & Growth Strategist to transform a rich archive of cinematic content into viral, high-retention short-form videos and scale a distinctive brand to 500K+ followers.

Responsibilities
Video Editing
- Edit daily Instagram Reels and short-form content with scroll-stopping impact in the first 1–2 seconds
- Transform raw cinematic footage into high-retention, viral-ready videos
- Design elevated text overlays, captions, and transitions that enhance storytelling
- Optimize every piece of content for performance without compromising visual integrity
- Deliver a minimum of one high-quality Reel per day
Content Strategy & Growth
- Audit and optimize an extensive existing content library for maximum reach
- Build and execute a daily content calendar aligned with aggressive growth targets
- Identify and leverage trending formats, audio, and hooks within wellness and luxury spaces
- Analyze performance weekly and iterate quickly based on data
- Develop and execute a strategy aimed at scaling to 500K followers within 90 days
- Identify collaboration, distribution, and cross-posting opportunities
Brand & Voice
- Maintain and evolve the Evolvance visual and editorial identity
- Ensure all content reflects a poetic, cinematic, and intellectually grounded voice
- Repurpose long-form magazine content into high-performing short-form assets
- Write and refine hooks, titles, and captions optimized for engagement and reach
Qualifications
- Proven track record of creating viral short-form content (portfolio required; Reels exceeding 500K+ views preferred)
- Demonstrated experience growing Instagram accounts (ideally from under 10K to 50K+)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Pro
- Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, algorithm behavior, and content performance mechanics
- Strong cinematic editing skills, including pacing, sound design, and visual storytelling
- Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level
- Fast, consistent, and detail-oriented with the ability to deliver daily
- Familiarity with the luxury wellness aesthetic and audience
- Comfortable working with analytics, content calendars, and scheduling tools
- Self-directed with strong ownership and initiative
