Job Description
Job Title: Social Media Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, schedule, and manage daily content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging social media creatives and write compelling captions, while aligning with the overall brand tone and visual direction.
- Track social media performance and provide weekly/monthly insights and reports
- Engage with the online community - respond to comments, DMs, and manage queries
- Stay updated with platform changes, social trends, and emerging tools
- Support in planning and executing campaigns, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships
- Assist in content shoots and behind-the-scenes coverage where needed
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts (agency or brand-side)
- Strong understanding of different platform algorithms and what works on each
- Excellent copywriting and content ideation skills
- Good aesthetic sense and eye for design
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
