Social Media Executive (Arabic Speaker)

We are looking for a Social Media Executive, to join the M+C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment social team and work primarily across the Marjan account.

Working closely with the Senior Social Media Executive, Senior Social Media Manager and Social Media Director, the role will support the day-to-day management and delivery of social content across Marjan's portfolio of brands and destinations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the day-to-day management of assigned social channels.
• Help build and maintain monthly and weekly content calendars.
• Coordinate with creative, design, video and production teams on content delivery.
• Draft and adapt social copy in English and Arabic.
• Schedule and publish content accurately and on time.
• Monitor social channels and flag reactive or trending opportunities.
• Support Community Managers with engagement and escalation when needed.
• Assist with client requests, presentations and meeting preparation.
• Support monthly reporting, data collection and performance tracking.
• Ensure content follows brand guidelines, tone of voice and agreed social strategy.
• Support shoots, events and on-ground content capture where required.
  
  

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of social media experience, ideally within an agency or fast-paced brand environment. They should be organised, proactive and comfortable working across several social channels and workstreams at once.

Fluent Arabic and strong English are essential. UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
