Pool & Beach Club Reports to: Marketing Director & Director of Restaurants, Bars & Nightlife

Position Summary The Social Media Executive is responsible for building, managing and growing the digital presence of the high-end Pool & Beach Club. The role creates compelling, lifestyle-driven content that captures the exclusive atmosphere, VIP experiences, daybeds, bottle service, performances and high-energy vibe of the venue. The primary goal is to attract and engage the target audience of young couples, groups of friends, high-net-worth individuals and fashion-conscious guests through Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms. This is a highly creative and hands-on role that requires strong visual storytelling skills, an understanding of luxury lifestyle brands, and the ability to work closely with the operations, events and entertainment teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Curation

• Plan, create and publish high-quality photo and video content that reflects the glamorous, exclusive atmosphere of the Pool & Beach Club
• Capture or coordinate daily content covering daybeds, VIP areas, bottle service, performances, DJs, guest experiences and special events
• Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all platforms (Instagram feed, Stories, Reels, TikTok)
• Write engaging captions and use relevant hashtags to maximise reach and engagement

2. Community Management & Engagement

• Actively manage comments, direct messages and mentions in a timely and professional manner
• Build and nurture relationships with followers, influencers and lifestyle creators
• Identify and engage potential brand ambassadors and micro/macro influencers aligned with the club's positioning
• Monitor brand sentiment and escalate any reputation issues promptly

3. Campaigns, Events & Promotions

• Support the promotion of special events, themed nights, Gala dinners, performances and high-profile activations
• Create pre-event, live and post-event content to maximise visibility and FOMO
• Collaborate with the Guest Relations & Events Manager and Outlet teams on content for celebrations and private bookings
• Assist in developing social media campaigns that drive awareness, footfall and revenue

4. Analytics, Reporting & Growth

• Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, story views, website/click-throughs)
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management
• Continuously optimise content strategy based on data and platform trends
• Stay up to date with social media best practices, algorithm changes and emerging platforms

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the Marketing Director, Director of Restaurants, Bars & Nightlife, Pool & Beach Club General Manager and entertainment teams
• Coordinate with external photographers, videographers or agencies when required • Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, licensing and guest privacy requirements

Candidate Profile Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, beach clubs or entertainment venues

• Proven track record of growing Instagram and/or TikTok accounts with strong engagement

• Experience creating content for high-end or lifestyle brands is highly desirable

• Hands-on experience with content creation tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Lightroom, etc.)

Skills & Attributes

• Excellent visual eye and strong storytelling ability

• Creative, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong written English with the ability to adapt tone for a luxury lifestyle audience

• Comfortable filming and editing short-form video content on the go

• Understanding of luxury brand aesthetics and the Dubai lifestyle market

• High energy, polished presentation and ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

• Fluent English (Arabic or other languages an advantage)
