Andrea Wazen is an internationally recognised luxury footwear brand, designed in the Middle East and handcrafted in Italy. As we continue to expand across global markets, we are looking for a creative, highly organised, and fashion-driven Social Media Executive to elevate and execute our digital presence.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands luxury storytelling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys balancing content creation with strategic platform management.
The Role
You will work closely with the Marketing team to execute our social media strategy across all platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, visual identity, and brand positioning. You will play a key role in translating our luxury DNA into compelling, performance-driven digital content.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Publishing
Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn in line with the content calendar.
Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, behind-the-scenes, campaign moments, product storytelling).
Edit content using mobile and desktop tools (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
Use AI tools where relevant to support captions, ideation, and research.
Platform Management & Growth
Oversee day-to-day management of all social platforms.
Ensure consistency in tone of voice, visual aesthetics, and luxury positioning.
Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
Manage daily community engagement and maintain a premium brand experience online.
Campaign & Commercial Alignment
Work closely with Marketing to ensure social content supports:
Product launches
Retail moments
International expansion
Commercial priorities
Act as the main point of contact for the paid media agency:
Share content assets
Align on campaign timelines
Relay performance updates internally
Influencer & Partnerships Support
Support influencer outreach and relationship management.
Coordinate gifting logistics and ongoing communication.
Assist in tracking influencer performance and campaign results.
Reporting & Performance
Track and analyse key organic metrics (reach, engagement, saves, shares, growth).
Prepare clear, insightful performance summaries.
Maintain and update the social content calendar to ensure cross-team visibility.
Requirements
2+ years experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
Strong hands-on experience with Instagram and TikTok (essential).
Confident in short-form video editing.
Solid understanding of analytics and performance reporting.
Strong visual eye and understanding of luxury brand storytelling.
Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Bonus Skills
Experience working with luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).
Experience supporting influencer partnerships or paid campaigns.
Understanding of international markets.
